Powder rooms are a great addition to the living space and instantly add value to your home. Before you have a contractor come in and start knocking down walls you should measure to see where it would fit best. The smallest a powder room can be is 5' by 5'6" to fit all of your fixtures in while still giving enough clearance to use the room.
